Talc filled masterbatch is a granular material made by mixing, melt extru- sion, pelleting and other processes by adding a certain proportion of talcum powder and other auxiliary additives as a carrier.

This product has good processing performance, high dispersion,large addition amount, no moisture absorption,no discoloration, and no precipita tion. This product has the characteristics of high fineness, high whiteness and easy dispersion, and the product has low odor. There is no dust pollution during production, and there is no smoke pollution of low molecular weight substanc- es. Appropriate addition does not affect the whiteness and toughness of the product, which can significantly improve the strength of plastic products and reduce costs.This product has good physical properties,dispersion,stability, and does not affect the precision of the screw of the processing machine.This product is suitable for the injection molding production of PP products,reduces the shrinkage rate of PP products,and overcomes the shortcomings of PP such as low strength, low temperature resistance,low rigidity, and easy expansion.
